Beautiful vintage mid century pair of Chinese man and woman figurines from Alexander Backer CO! Both sit on black bases with felt bottoms to prevent scratching. Man is reading a scroll and woman is playing a liugin. Each is signed on the back of the base and wear red and black outfits with gold accents. Overall good/fair condition. Display well still, but both show signs of wear in the form of minor to moderate chipping. Base is 4 and 1/4 inches. 8 and 1/4 inches tall.
