Issued 1996 and exclusively through JCPenney. 1:24 Bank is in Metallic Burgundy (I think) with Black Roof and Flames on nose along with Hot Wheels Logo, Chrome Rims, Real Riders. The 1:64 Van is Metallic Red with Flames, Chrome Rims with Solid Tires. Been in dry storage since new & in Perfect Condition. VGC and a Mean Delivery Truck.
